The comment was in reference to the post to which I was replying. I agree with your comment which was the point I was trying to make.

The authorized share count of 1b is small but was not my point. Current shareholders own 975m shares of the 1b authorized. A 1,000:1 reverse stock split, if approved, I believe would decrease current ownership to 975,000 shares out of the 1billion authorized. The 14c stated the authorized would remain the same.
