Again, these loans were executed in NY. Ray is legally responsible as CEO to protect shareholders and the bottom line of the company. If he doesn’t act and allows these scumbags l to operate as they have it will be up to shareholders to take legal action. The law is clear and has been reaffirmed in NY in regards to these scumbags. I am not in NY but am considering reaching out the the law firm below and having them contact UNQL to 1. Inform Ray of the possible legal recourse they have 2. Remind Ray of his duties as CEO.
