What I meant by that was the game of getting cheap shares such as when they bought the shell...took over the debt.....and gifted themselves some more last year.

Those days are over.

I have no issue with doing that btw. We all should. It is easy money.

Now it is either step up with the big boys and play by the SEC rules on the big boards or GTFO.
