only concern is how many shares will it take for an ELGL stockholder to own one share of BFNH- as stated, i see 1 for 5 which will still make the ELGL stockholder better than the BFNH stockholder --exanple you buy 100 shares of ELGL at 20 cents so get 20 shares of BFNH worth $1-anything worse than 1 for 7 would be better for a person buying BFNH today
