How the f&$k does a real estate company lose money last year in one of the hottest real estate markets in the country?

How much is the company spending on lawyers trying to keep these crooks out of jail?

Whatever happened, I’m sure it was Kyle Bass’s fault (seven years and zero audits later).

Why this company won’t just liquidate is beyond me.
