Since Foley-Coyote hasn't been paying the electric/water/phone/garbage bills, it is fair to assume that he has nott been investing in home maintenance either. Chances are when they finally evict the Foley Crime Fambly (plus The Earthly Remains of BRUCE L. BEAN - a/k/a 'Bruce Albini') from the 311 Santa Rosa hovel, it will be trashed and require several hunnert grand in repairs/fumigation before it will be habitable. Or mebbe the mortgage-holder just getts a teardown permit from the county, bulldozes the CoyoteShack, hauls the debris to the landfill, and sells the property for its land parcel value only. Heck, Coyote prolly already has the garage piled to the ceiling with years of garbage bags filled with trash that Waste Management won't pickup until he pays them what he owes. Why The Earthly Remains of BRUCE L. BEAN might be in one or more of them. The mortgage company may need to send in cadaver dogs once it getts possession - in order to locate BRUCE.

It will be like Ed Gein's house - abandoned when Coyote goes to prison and then subsequently burnt down by a neighborhood arsonist to remove the last remnants of the Foley-Coyote stain from the local area.

The real beauty here is that Foley-Coyote cannot get Social Security while in prison and Lease-A and London aren't gonna have a spare $360/month to deposit into Foley-Coyote's prizzin commissary account. Dude will have to save up his 15 cents/hour from his prizzin yobb if he wants to buy ramen noodles or make a phone call to CHRIS MADSEN and tell him about Don the Marketing Guru and the $21 million investment that is only days away every day.
