The old stuff matters probably to the most important category, being future potential investors. They will want to review the financials, ROI, any security being offered. As far as seeing the potential, right now with after revealing the identity it does not seem to have raised the interest too much in spite of you repeating the same thing over and over. Now that might change once the Court order is approved, but I do think the key for many is funding and not substantial dilution, not lawyers or the GestureTek CEO. Jmho.
