I hate to contradict as though to automatically gainsay just to argue, but I'm pretty sure Nixon never owned anywhere near that amount of shares when he owned common shares. Now he owns no common shares, but instead owns 500,000 preferred shares (that only had voting rights, not equity rights).

But, please post a link to SEC documents that show otherwise.
