I like to ask why was Matsui's equity bought out for $1 from Bioamber Sarnia? Mitsui was 40 percent owner of the Sarnia plant, https://www.canadianmanufacturing.com/technology/japans-mitsui-co-steps-up-stake-in-bioambers-sarnia-ont-plant-162268/, they invested 70M, also they never complained . Another question is why did they join Origin Materials, sure they know that the restructured Bioamber will join, at $22+/share
