Yes, that is my understanding, Bigboy36.

But I've been given some timelines in the past that didn't come to fruition, so take that with a grain of salt. And understand I'm just the messenger here. As much as I'd like to have some control over the current situation, I have zero.

It's lovely to feel like I have some idea of how this is supposed to go down in theory. But until I see my stock prices move significantly to the upside, that knowledge isn't worth much.

Though I will say I very much still have faith. Why else would I buy PRED in volume recently when the price got down around 5 cents, before it essentially reverted back to the grays, where it became untradeable again?

As far as I can tell there's likely only one other person on these boards who owns more shares of PRED than me. I'm up around the ballpark of 800,000.

As I already mentioned, we should all be expecting dilution moving forward. (There are far too many outstanding shares of PRED out there, and that needs to change.) I've heard a wide array of the possible degree of dilution, as there are multiple variables being worked out. I for one have come too far with this not to still make out well when this is all said and done.
