'On shipwreck site simulation tests' would be the practical common sense approach to the development and testing of this Timmy Toy system. In view of the fact that apparently none of the performers in this circus have any Spanish Colonial period shipwreck excavation experience, they obviously lack knowledge of what the electromagnetic effects are caused by the variations of igneous ballast rocks, fired bricks, pottery's and ferrous, non-ferrous metals. It matters little whether these clowns put Bugs Bunny on the moon, they seem to know nothing when it comes to shipwrecks and applied technology in an ocean environment.

Bottom line is the toy doesn't do what it was suppose to do. Yes I know, 'just you wait and see'.
