Not that it is worth much at .02 cents or so but I've sent emails to PACV and the "new" firm AGAIN today. Included a copy/paste of your post which I imagine most of us completely understand the frustration. I got a prompt response from the IR firm with a request to reach back out to Brooks Hamilton at MZ Group.

If anyone wants to post questions here perhaps we'll get a response.
