Not so crazy, imo - I'll tell ya what's crazy!

Remember all the brouhaha over Dick Chaney and Halliburton and the Iraq contracts? All the screaming over scams did what for that stock? Look at a HAL chart for the last few years!

Now tell me that Hector Bolivar Aleman Estevez is sitting on the BoD of PYPR and this thing is tanking!
