buys and sells stated incorrectly yesterday based on my brokerage transaction list vs what was listed on open board.

-used to short a position to drive down price which is not market conditions
-has to come from 1 or more MM's working together
-is it tied to OPTI?
-either way I would strongly suggest to the parties involved to conclude their price action and let this stock move forward as the MM's involved would be covering any loss that I may or may not take.

Remember when Rosen said about 6 months ago that he was not worried about Opti but rather owners getting sued by shareholders. But in this case you now have the MM's involved which is a much cleaner law position and secured target.
