A key statement we also learned yesterday is that no reserved shares held by The TA for any automatic conversion of debt like we saw with the 27M shares. Now the company will call the shots on that front. Essentially, no more dilution, except for restricted shares for employees, which is fine and on the books anyway and should honor it.
