Mongo should be banished from this board and I will state very clearly as to the why.

Mongo is a short. Fine, the world needs sellers and buyers.

But is Mongo really a short or a paid short? Mongo is the latter IMO. Mongo is not a retail investor but someone who is paid by either a hedge fund or a market-maker. That means Mongo is working for someone that may have the ability to make a market in this stock.

If those in charge of this board think that someone with the ability to make markets should have someone on this board spouting regulations that have been in the public domain for months concerning this stock then have at it but that is a blatant attempt at manipulation.

Having acted as a former option market-maker on the CBOE, I can assure you that had I engaged in this sort of activity, I would have been fired. This is a very grey area (manipulation/advice) and not one the SEC has time to police IMO.

Therefore, IMO, it should be the moderators of this board that should do the policing.

Lastly, I suspect it is a market-maker that employs Mongo. If I am wrong and it is a hedge fund then that is far worse because that fund is naked-short this stock. There isn't enough short interest, and hasn't been for months to warrant anyone here "sowing the seeds" of stupidity like this individual.

In general this is a worthwhile board but this Mongo individual is testing my patience and I haven't much use for a board that allows such inane commentary.
