CSLI's partner GGRN has a portfolio of different cannabis licenses in California. From retail to cultivation to distribution, etc. It's very likely the recent RWGI negotiations tweeted about regarding licensing

it's likely the merged RWGI company deal is done, and they are now actually negotiating with this other Holding Company GGRN.

We should now be even more confident of this deal being done. The negotiations will get completed.
