Kboy..PR's are always the 'wild card'..I think buying a stock on the 'right' PR takes as much skill as chart interpetation..
on the right PR..charts go out the window..
look what EAG is doing on 'rumor'.
Sometimes when a person is hem-hawing around DD'ing one, he finds others are already passing the finish line.
Just thought I'd mention IVOC..it has been a play before, ya know?
