Wrong. Last year after 10K was bad. Posters said loading was .004's -.006's. That was wrong to. Why? They keep losing millions every year for over 7 years. Dilution pays for the losses. This will go lower as they dump more shares to keep doors open. Bell has failed for too long to deliver a profit to stop the dilution. No end to losses in sight. It will go down again like after last years 10K,.
