There is no "rabbit" to pull out of a hat.

Hulk and others, lets recognize 3 things:

1. I'm talking net profits - not gross profits. Net profits means money after all the costs all the splits, all the development, and any and all licensing or sell/marketing expenses.

2. When we got the business that held the rights - we paid in more than one method - money and stock - and then some split or percentage of sales or net profits.

3. Ever since then we've been responsible for any development costs and everything else regarding it above and beyond. now as Xeroe acknowledges - this is not CYIO doing the work, developing the NFTs, creating the marketing storylines or doing the actual marketing efforts.

In addition - we know that NFT's as a general market have deteriorated in interest and pricing since spring 2021's pricing levels and we don't know what the expectations for this pricing and speed of sales will be - but we do know marketing needs will continue onward until the supply is diminished or hopefully all sold out.

Then there is the issue of profit splits with the Stan Lee people plus the owner of the rights (that we bought out) - and all the other. To suggest at this point that an average value of 10,000 nft's would produce a $500 average would seem high - but then after all costs and then big split one (with Stan Lee people) - and then split two (with the owner) - our percentage of the final gross profit going to CYIO is not likely to be a big percentage (because we aren't doing any of the work ourselves it appears).

I would hesitate to even guess - because we all know and have read how entertainment operations build in lots of overhead to reduce the size of profit sharing with actors/actresses etc...

What I can say with absolute certainty - is the stock market is not reacting to the news in any favorable way. Closing price for CYIO is 7 cents which is also what it opened at . . . . AND TOTAL SHARES TRADED was only 89,340 shares.

So at least today for the announcement and all the visual press outlet releases - investors had a BIG yawn for CYIO.
