It broke the year's previous low today, so that should be a buy signal that it is up from here. Fingers crossed. Yes, things can turn on a dime if you get a big buy and follow through. At this point everythng is based on trades, not fundamentals. So, upward movement will generate more upward movement, and vice versa. IMO.
