It could easily go up when the custodianship is terminated and a RM occurs. However, most Lazar shells are bought by Asian interest who tend to RS and then do nothing interesting for a year or longer. If your in, be prepared for a long wait.
There will be no news/PRs. You will only know what's happening if you follow court and SOS/SEC filings.
