If he comes back on NASDAQ (highly doubt it) and leaves the shareholders of Cote behind, we should get together and start legal action against the new company, his associates and himself. We shouldn't just let him lay into a nice, comfy new bed without us.
Let's think for a moment: what kind of companies do business over $7B??? Are they the kind like Cote? =)
