I think you are right and they will use the otc to hang out in for a little bit before the s-1 hits. Their business is pretty straightforward too so that is why their ticker change went so smoothly and the s-1 process should as well.

We will be on the Nasdaq by October. Doug is on it. He has to show Core who owns $ARAT that he is good at this. Doug is most likely going to be a very rich man through his guidance of these two great companies. $ARAT is no doubt much further behind than $AGSS. Expect $ARAT later this year or early next but I could clearly be wrong
