So you would give up 50% of your company for 5 million for no reason? When you could give up only 10%? The only was I see them giving 50% away for 5 million would be for a merger with fine otherwise. If they don’t have anything I would say they would be lucky to give a way 99% of the company for 5 million then.

They must have something worth at least 5 million or no one would pay that!!
