If the offering really was .0020 then the value of the current stock is .0005 or lower so why would someone put in 5 Million dollars at .0020? And buy 2.5 billion shares if the they really have nothing the reg 1a will not get filled at all!!! Please be real I’m guessing your trying to get shares! I have been in this sense PVDG I bought my original shares .0007 - .0009 you don’t clear the balance sheet for nothing!!!
