Interesting info on Tamra Mining. Tamra acquired assets from a bankruptcy case of CS Mining. Original investors of CS Mining, Lippo China Resources Limited, created Tamra Mining to hold the assets. More interesting the more I read. Looking up LCRL, they trade on the Hong Kong Markets. I pulled up their annual and I am reading about a court case in Delaware against the majority investors in the old CS Mining operation. Seems like the old majority investors think wrong doing happened which caused the bankruptcy. Might explain the holdup in the exchange of assets here. Lot of money on the line here I am thinking.
