Lets see if we have this correct. When one presents an idea to a company that they are going to do grand things and is only given a BOD spot with no shares mind you but somehow convinces the company to give him, them, we or however you want to call the person (in this case Aasim) who had promised grand things 150k, never came through and has not paid it back would be called what (assuming that he doesn't pay back and to date nothing has happened)? A fraudster correct?

So not following the damn "informant" logic since it is just not there. His only job coming into the company unless you can show something different was in bringing the phone to market with ARknet pre-installed on each device. He never came through. So if he doesn't pay back wouldn't that be considered a fraud?

What in the hell would there be to "inform on?" Some mythical company fraud? That's bass ackwards.
