$PTPI Watched level 2 most of the day. For over 3 hours the b&a was in the range of 1.48x1.49. According to Webull volume analysis, over 12% of the volume was at 1.48. Someone has been taking those 1.48's for hours. Every once in a while they would drop the bid to 1.47, tap it for 100 shs a move back up to 1.48. Someone has accumulated a bundle today.
