14-C filling states snpw filing RS notice with NV by tomorrow

Link below to Amendment to the Certificate of Incorporation of the Company, including the 3-18-22 Reverse Split approval notice, to State of Nevada, appears to be tomorrow.

"CORPORATION ACTIONS AND EFFECTIVE TIME
The Corporate Actions will become effective on the date that we file the Certificate of with the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada. We intend to file the Amendment to the Certificate of Incorporation of the Company (the “Amendment”) with the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada promptly after the twentieth (20th) day following the date on which this Information Statement is mailed to the Stockholders."

That seems to be the next step to allow the company to do what they want...between 1000:1 and 100:1 reverse split as mention mentioned in the 14C filing. Either one would drastically change the number of shares.
