But it’s my understanding PRED will be abandoned as the vehicle holding our company.
A new vehicle will absorb the assets. I do know more, but I’m not going to say anything on a board like this, which should be for obvious reasons.
And I’m not implying the case needed to be settled before the new vehicle could step in. However, by abandoning the case, it could in fact be a sign that PRED is about to cease to exist as we know it.
So it’s possible, as long as PRED was still attempting to stay in control and find a way to pull through, the case was active.
That’s why I wrote you I found the settlement interesting.
The case being settled doesn’t necessarily mean anything. But it could mean significant change is about to come.
