I'm not saying it's "ok," but things take time to develop. A company is not developed, nor does it evolve over night. If it's fraud, it will come out. If it's not and they're building a true company it takes several years to develop. In fact most startups raise new capital every 12 to 18 months until they're in a position to be self-sufficient (or become insolvent)
