Agreed, without way more details provided it's impossible to gauge what this proposed deal even means...let alone how it's supposedly going to be funded without diluting any WNBD shares yet Eric's going to be able to report their revs on WNBD's fins post acquisition.

Something's not adding up on the lengthy timeline it's taking...nor how it is Eric's purchasing their assets with no supposed dilution of WNBD's treasury shares...unless of course he's been slowly diluting dating all the way back to last June when he 1st started talking about this proposed deal?

There's definitely no mistaking Eric's statement about supposedly being able to fund the new tech division post acquisition without diluting WNBD stock...which doesn't remotely add up.
