They have done all appropriate filings, except the Attorney Letter, which, I'm surprised, hasn't been posted yet. They should have it posted by end of month. OTCmarkets gives 120 days from a Companies annual fiscal year end (Dec. 31st here). Q1 financials, aren't due, till mid may. I'm hoping, they post atrtorney letter any day now, instead of waiting till the eleventh hour; and, post their Q1 early as well.
I guess, we are getting closer to finding out.
