No caption, but interesting to me. I think that's Wang Fei a the head of the table in a white shirt. Talking and talking... The TV screen in the corner seems to say something about 2022. Then about 2 minutes and 30 seconds in, a lady is giving a speech and referencing that TV screen, showing different things. But the screen is too small for me to make out any details. Perhaps somebody else can blow it up?

The whole video seems to imply to me that it takes place at the unveiling of the new club or whatever it was we saw yesterday...
