They already announced millions in sales! PPS went down! 10:1 on a ticker trading at 0.0077 with 1B A/S & O/S is a complete waste of time and accomplishes nothing. Whats the point of being at .07 post r/s when everyone knows pps will drop because of sellers. We already know that the people with cheap shares will sell once it hits 0.05 because thats exactly what happened a few months ago. 10:1 leaves a float of 100M which is WAYYYYY to big for this sub penny ticker. It will take forever to get to $2 min for NYSE which is a 2,700% increase in pps. Its one thing to go from trips to a penny but NEVER going to happen when you are targeting over $1. R/S will not hurt a single shareholders investment if they do NOT dilute and reduce A/S. What it WILL do is make our investment and the company more likely to succeed by consolidating equity, getting rid of most flippers and creating a higher bottom. They need to r/s to $2.50 but they really cant because that would leave like 3M in the float which would kill market liquidity. Going sub-penny screwed them or should I say the flippers screwed the pps and us. Company delivered and flippers traded on news because thats what shortsighted traders do that are only out for themselves. Only option now is to r/s to somewhere above $1 and hope they dont go below $1 after the r/s. Then its a looooong road to $2 but at least then its only 100% increase in pps.150:1+ will put pps above $1 and leave 6M in float. Then reduce A/S to 4-500M and leave room for conversions and institutional raise (you cant grow ANY business without money and they NEED LOTS OF MONEY if they are going to deliver on all the stuff they have. Its not sexy but is literally the only real option I see. NYSE will have to be pushed to next year at BEST but they can go QB or QX and build credibility, raise capital and build business towards uplisting to the big boys. The sooner everyone gets onboard with this the sooner we all win. Call Alex and tell him to stop screwing around and grow a pair. Its the only move left so do it before we are in the trips and when it wont matter anymore!
