What's the status on the development of Turnagain Project?

And..... wouldn't it have been great if Elon Musk decided to put money into something
very tangible (like this mining project) for 40 years supply of his batteries... instead of
talking about buying out "Twitter" for 40 plus BILLION?

Seems like Musk could do a hell of a lot for his own businesses with 40 BILLION.

Oh well, who knows what goes on in the minds of those who have more money to waste than many countries GDP.
