every time we think the trac is clean for nich someone finds something to drag out of the bushes to try to keep it derailed. the offering of 150 mil shares at .03 from last july with an expiration date of august 22 is the newest. wrote john to answer the latest. the thing i had to point out is it was an optional offering and no minimum shares were in force. really??? what can they try next? It is like a serial on tv. when you think the bad guys dead he either comes back to life or his son shows up!
