This was covered in one of my previous posts. Most of the dilution you are seeing are company shares that are given to additional JV partners commensurate with the amount of money they put up. There were also two small private placements of shares which I believe the total amount to be less than 10 million shares. I know this because I participated in one of them.

Most of the operating capital is coming from the principals themselves and they will be paid back over a period of time after the company becomes profitable. The company is not selling stock for its operations.
