So here is the reason all Renewable Projects have been on a stand still in Mexico, but all that is about to change because of the Parliament Vote that took place this last Sunday on Easter were they Vote Down what was trying to be done. Now this should open up the flood gates for International Investment back into Mexico. The Vote was the best thing that could have happened for Mexico.
