Being tucked in is fine with me too allnumbers...

Torvec has got to be an enigma to these big players...on the surface, you got this small company, small office with a small staff, no debt to speak of, low overhead R & D facilities, inventors/family actively involved in directing operations of the company in little old Rochester NY....

Once you peel back the skin of what you see on the surface is a company that has developed multiple technologies with game-changing potential, meaningful market penetration possibilites that are now ready for commercialization...it has got to be hard for a prospective suitor of Torvec to look at what they are sitting on and while marveling at the tech, they can't help but see the "smallness" factor in terms of the appearanceof the company. How in the world do you as a potential suitor fight through the "smallness" factor while looking at properly valuing the present value of the tech for an acquisition....? The reality of it is, I can't think of a cleaner way to acquire a company like Torvec without the baggage of debt and a large staff and facilities..etc..etc..it all comes down to what the tech is worth long term (alot) and finding the correct balance between a fair deal for TOVC shareholders that also makes for a solid business decision to deliver to the acquiring company's shareholders...then I look at the $4.95 share price and know that the magic number is way north of that....

Having had time to absorb the shareholder meeting info, review the new players on the team from 2006, the amount of activity that we know about and look at what the G's and manamgement at TOVC seem to want to do with the company and I keep coming to the conclusion that it's a matter of time before we are rewarded as shareholders...I think it was Leitrim who said that Torvec is sold by 6/07...I'm thinking that is a pretty good estimate.....
