They say they have the money to redo their P3, so why don't they get going, that's what I wonder.


What they have said is that they have enough cash to get into 2024 given the expected cost of the new P3. I will accept that.

Maybe they could have run a trial in that time if they had gung hoe. The trial itself would be about 2 years, and they could have started late 2021. A stretch, but not impossible.

Now? I see no chance they can run a new P3 and have results by 2024.

As far as why, that is hard to know.
