If they have a control block/preferred shares/voting rights what happens? The judge and the SEC want Lazar to revive and reinstate ZENO. I assume they would have no problem taking away all control blocks/preferred shares/voting rights from the perpetrators. How else could lazar revive and reinstate Zenosense?
