Here’s some details on the ill gotten gains that Vaccaro used to fund the yacht and the dinghy in question, which he’s been trying to get back the said dinghy for the past six months.

Note the last two pages are from a filing today, which is a response from his attorney stating that this is the most information they’ve gotten since the filing of the superseding indictment, which leads me to believe the investigation is still ongoing.
