Is XCPL a leading indicator for GSPI? I think the answer is yes because XCPL will know about any contracts prior to GSPI reporting such news. Someone at XCPL will be buying shares as soon as a contract is being signed. But if GSPI gets the greater amount of money, then they might bug GSPI instead.
All will shake out very soon. If you don’t have a good position right now, you have little time left to get the current price.
