Why has the stock not ran up to his offer price?

I’m thinking any take over will take years of legal battles to unwravel.

We just dumped all our trust fund Twitter as a defensive move.
800 shares from $30 2018.
Just to volatile. Buying more HD on this dip, maybe more LNG at its high.
