What you said makes a lot of senses. The current situation is just temporary and might go higher markets when it comes back, as the company is clearing all things up.

Synergy is working on it and why it paid up on TA fees that TDS did not pay, and now paying annual and submitting filings to bring it back to current status.

Synergy has quickly taken charge and seeing everything thru which makes me think they have another company in mind to take over this shell.
