There's absolutely no contradiction in what YOU stated. Your sentiment about stockholder reaction is the only reason why I'm here. BYRG going pink and the CEO releasing whatever news he has (hopefully great) will serve as catalysts to get the SP back into pennyland.

However, I'm under no illusions that this is a long-term or even mid-term hold. It's quite possible that if/when the catalysts come, mngt and/or debtholders may very well dilute the mess out of this.

The possible contradiction was in what Rbtree stated.by saying the stock would never succeed. If by succeed he means/meant the SP will never get back over .01 then he contradicted himself by quoting you. If he means/meant long-term then I may very well agree with him.
