I have no doubt they are cleaning things up, but for what ? If it means nothing then why bother ? These sort of moves can seem like nothing but in the end a very important part of the set up for a big move. With the advent of the law suit between Galvin vs HYPUR this seemingly innocuous move may have big implications . Seems to be a separation of sorts as to which is going where. The “who gets what” part. Maybe even a full divorce. Just my two cents.
