Years ago I heard that car manufactures really didn't build cars until they were ordered, and they were paid when they delivered them to the dealer. The dealer could sell, or lease, and financing was available to them, so they weren't out the cost either. Of course those doing the finance were paid, but no one had that much money out at any time, and all did well as the vehicles were paid off or turned in at the end of their lease.

I don't know that a similar scenario isn't possible for our equipment. Perhaps we wouldn't make as much for each Annihilyzer that was leased, but we wouldn't take years before we broke even on the cost of making it. Much the same could be said for the larger generators if they're treated as leases to those who're operating them. With all the financial arrangements PCTL has made I don't know why they haven't considered a similar business model.
